The Chinese Communist Party in the Eyes of Arab Society :  A Model of a Trusted Partner

Arab society perceives the Chinese Communist Party as a trustworthy and central force that leads a unique ethical and develop applied in developing countries while respecting social specificity and national sovereignty. This is one of the strengths of the Chinese model.mental model known as genuine and practical “Chinese modernization”.

At a historical moment when the world is living between certainty and uncertainty, the Chinese Communist Party stands out as a reality that promotes a humane model grounded in peace, stability, global development, and effective global governance through a range of initiatives.

In contrast, the reality of the imperialist capitalist model has begun to reveal its brutal nature and domination behind false and deceptive slogans.

This has led the West to view the rise of the Communist Party model as a challenge to its traditional influence, while developing countries, especially Arab countries, view the Chinese Communist Party as an exemplary model for achieving economic and social stability and prosperity, as is in fact the case in the country of 1.5 billion people.

Arab countries have also come to recognize that this model can be adopted without abandoning national identity or compromising national sovereignty, especially without interference in domestic affairs or the imposition of models that have no relevance to the realities of developing and Arab countries.

For this reason, Arab countries are opening up to China, building major partnerships, and Arab youth increasingly see the Chinese model as a source of inspiration for progress and development, particularly in terms of mutual respect.

Youth in Arab countries and in the Global South more broadly view the Chinese Communist Party as a leader and inspiration for global governance, for promoting global stability, for respecting states and their right to scientific exchange and dialogue among civilizations, regardless of the size of the state. This represents a historical precedent and an advance from the capitalist law of the jungle to a humanistic communist law.

These Arab and developing countries also see in the Party’s experience an exceptional success in lifting hundreds of millions out of poverty and achieving comprehensive development, considering it a model that can be applied within their own countries and an opportunity to gain independence from the Western colonial model, which has proven to be bankrupt, especially in terms of human ethical values.

The Chinese Communist Party’s model can also be seen as as a leading example of practical innovation in applied theories of modernization, with great ease. It is a party that relies on the innovation of practical theories and is distinguished by characteristics that differ from the Western model and are based on China’s national conditions. In other words, the Chinese Communist Party emphasizes the social specificity of Chinese society and does not impose external theories on the local community.

The Pillars of the Chinese Communist Party

Among the most important features of the Chinese Communist Party is its reliance on the following pillars:

1.Independent development: This centers on modernizing a vast country in terms of population and working toward common prosperity for all the people, preventing the widening of wealth gaps between Chinese provinces, and adopting anti-poverty policies across all parts of the People’s Republic of China without regional, ethnic, racial, or religious discrimination, under the slogan “development for all.”

2.Balance between the material and the moral: Chinese modernization aims to achieve harmony between material economic development and the cultural and moral advancement of the people, because Chinese civilization is founded on ethics before material wealth, and money itself rests on an ethical basis. This represents an important model for other civilizations, especially Eastern ones, including Arab countries. Throughout its history, China has not been a colonial power; rather, it has consistently supported countries against colonialism and helped them achieve independence. Material gain does not come through theft or the plundering of others’ wealth, but through work, dedication, ethics, and mutual benefit.

3.Harmonious coexistence with nature:  Within the Chinese national strategy, the environment and its preservation have been among the fundamental pillars. The integration of environmental protection policies and green development lies at the heart of national strategies. Most Chinese provinces work toward green development and devote great attention to environmental care. This has become a global model and an international law for environmental protection. Even Chinese industries have made the preservation of environmental balance one of their most important foundations, and most of them are green industries.

4.Peaceful development and shared cooperation: What distinguishes Chinese foreign policy is its commitment to the principles of mutual respect, shared benefit, and mutual gain. It considers the principle of “win-win” to be the ideal model for the Communist Party and for China. China does not build its power and greatness on colonizing others or plundering their resources; it firmly rejects colonialism, domination, and looting. China also believes in development for all peoples of the world, without distinction between states, and holds that every country has the right to development and to access modern technology. China further believes that modern technology is not the monopoly of any one country.

5.The Global Governance Initiative: The Chinese Communist Party has sought to establish a global governance initiative by advancing human justice and reconsidering the institutions of global organizations and international legitimacy, which have lost credibility and no longer influence major powers that fuel global chaos and threaten human life through wars and mass atrocities. The world today truly needs just international law and genuine international legitimacy that can protect humanity from destruction, poverty, and killing, and this is what the Chinese Communist Party seeks to consolidate.

Conclusion

Today, the Arab world continues to seek balanced models capable of fostering stability, development, and long-term progress. The initiatives promoted by the Chinese Communist Party have attracted considerable attention among Arab intellectuals, policymakers, and development-oriented elites who are searching for sustainable pathways toward growth and modernization.

The Chinese Communist Party has also opened the door to comparing the Western model with its own humanistic model through the principles and initiatives it puts forward, which directly address the Arab mind, the Arab reality, Arab social specificity, and the societies of the Global South. These societies aspire to a model that leads them toward sustainable development, openness, multinational partnerships, the right to learn and acquire modern technology, and the preservation of human ethics.

Exchange between Chinese youth and the youth of the Global South and the Arab world will create greater space for establishing stability and global justice, building on sound foundations within states, and cooperating for world prosperity and stability while preventing wars, domination, and the theft of wealth through genuine principles rather than false slogans.

What the Chinese Communist Party is doing to strengthen international relations serves directly the interests of the Global South and Arab countries, which Western powers are trying to drag into the swamp of regional wars. The central idea is a “community with a shared future for humanity” through the following initiatives:

1.The Global Development Initiative (GDI): to support developing countries in achieving their economic goals and narrowing the development gap.

2.The Global Security Initiative (GSI): to promote dialogue and resolve conflicts through peaceful means.

3.The Global Civilization Initiative (GCI): to respect the diversity of human civilizations and encourage cultural exchange.

As a developmental party, the Chinese Communist Party seeks to provide international solutions that strengthen its standing in the world. It puts forward initiatives for humanity and seeks to offer solutions for global governance and global justice, based on China’s socialist vision with Chinese characteristics, which can be adopted and
