First I would like to thank the initiators council of the belt and road studies network for your invitation to come to china.
Speek about significance china’s social governance to the world through our vision
For us as arab countries it may inspire us by three ways :
First, to increase confidence in the system of self-governance, a road has to be adapted to local conditions. Although China is one of the few socialist countries in the world, and has suffered some problems since the foundation of the People’s Republic of China in 1949, the ruling Communist Party of China (CPC) has not questioned the regime and did not hesitate to promote confidence in it. Prestigious in various aspects and proved the effectiveness of the system of socialism in “”the country of the dragon”.

In the new era of development, the Communist Party of China (CPC) stressed the need to strengthen confidence in the governance system in political, economic, social, legal aspects in addition to other fields in order to promot a greater progress.

China’s experience demonstrates the importance of exploring a development path and the need to adhere to the appropriate path, regardless of the fluctuations of the age and its vice.

Second, dealing with challenges. The Communist Party of China (CPC) has openly admitted that it is facing some challenges in the country’s governance process despite huge achievements. For example, some of its cadres lack the desire to learn and the ability to tackle thorny issues in a way that limits the party’s ability to achieve greater development and stability. The party is therefore determined to promote the modernization of its governance capacity in a number of ways, such as building an uninterrupted party.

On the other hand, the CPC is sparing no effort to complete the construction and modernization of subsystems within the socialist system, such as strengthening the rule of law and strengthening supervision over Party members and government officials.

The Communist Party’s awareness of the crisis demonstrates that it is not possible to be satisfied with the achievements and to turn a blind eye to the outstanding problems.

Third, maintain the practical method. One of the secrets of the CPC’s success in China’s governance is to adhere to the pragmatic approach that accompanied the overall leadership of the Party. The party launched the reform and opening-up policy in 1978, but it did not have a clear development path at the time. At that crucial time, the late leader Deng Xiaoping gave a historical guidance by saying his famous idea of crossing the river by sensing stones, or in other words, drawing experience and overcoming problems and difficulties in the development process.

Let me be honest with you , I came here with a lot of questions , one of it
How china succeeded despite of challenges and western propaganda?
I’m not looking for numbers or Figures or statistical data but what is special in china society .
For me I note two thing .
-safety –I visited a lot of countries but I didn’t feel safe like china
Safety is the complete stability for any society , safety mean more investment , development, progress.
-technology- using technology with high performance but also the integration which built a big and complete system .
One measure of power for any country is to own data base for everything with a complete integration between categories, they have data so they can make the right decision all the time .
The main example about using tech is how I lost and recover my passport in less than 6 hours .
That is a real china ,the most safety country I visit before .
