What Are the Real American Objectives Behind the Floating Dock Off the Coast of Gaza

Significant doubts surround the true objectives of the floating dock that the Americans began constructing nearly two months ago. The immense expenditure of over a third of a billion dollars makes it hard to believe that this port is solely for delivering aid, suggesting that the real intentions remain concealed. In this report, we will attempt to uncover the truth behind this floating dock off the coast of Gaza.

Suspicions are further fueled by the Americans constructing the floating dock without any coordination with Palestinian governmental entities regarding the maritime facility. They are exploiting the dire humanitarian conditions caused by the war on approximately 2.3 million Palestinians in the narrow coastal strip to advance their plan for displacement and seizing Mediterranean gas resources. They claim to the world that it’s for aid, but the truth is otherwise, and only the gullible or those who have not yet seen the true face of the Americans would believe it.

Those familiar with the deceitful and cunning nature of American and Zionist actions cannot trust the “humanitarian” motives behind the establishment of this maritime dock. The United States is directly involved with the weapons that kill innocents, children, and women, destroy hospitals, and kill the wounded and doctors. They are at the heart of the genocide against the Palestinian people, supplying the Israeli occupation with 200,000 bombs to kill Palestinians. After such actions, they audaciously talk about a maritime platform for humanitarian aid for Palestinians.

If the Americans genuinely wanted to support Gaza, they would first press the Zionist entity to reopen the 11 crossings with Gaza instead of spending such vast sums on constructing this floating dock.

Gaza needs a thousand aid trucks daily to prevent starvation and meet the needs of the displaced during the war. This dock will provide little in comparison; reopening the crossings is a quicker solution, indicating that the dock has other purposes beyond humanitarian aid. The Americans’ last concern is rescuing and helping Palestinians.

It is evident that the floating maritime dock will be the prelude to a displacement operation facilitated by the American administration in favor of Israel. The plan becomes clearer with the invasion of Rafah, killing, wounding, and terrifying the population, leading to the forced removal of Palestinians under the guise of rescue and humanitarianism, thus continuing the Zionist plan to open the crossings for aid and people amidst the presence of 22,000 injured and sick needing travel for treatment outside the Strip. Directly, the dock will be used to displace Palestinians from their homeland.

The American-Israeli objectives to facilitate the exit of Palestinians from Gaza via this port, forcing them to flee death in Gaza, are evident. There are also suspicions of controlling gas resources in the Mediterranean Sea, amidst the deep sleep of Arab leaders who bless the American-Zionist scheme.

The fears regarding the floating dock established by Washington on Gaza’s shores are genuine because the complete closure of Gaza makes this port the only exit for the besieged residents of Gaza, from where they will be forcibly displaced, most of them to be drowned. Those who do not die from American bombs and weapons will drown by the American floating platform or be displaced to countries that have agreements to receive Palestinians.

The label placed on this port is a form of American-Zionist deceit and trickery to present it to the world, but it will inevitably lead to fleeing from the hell of American-Zionist weapons and bombs on Gaza’s people.

The rapid construction and the lavish spending of over a third of a billion dollars make it difficult to believe that this port is solely for delivering aid. America could deliver aid without spending these millions of dollars by opening the crossings. The Americans’ role in the world is killing, displacing, and destroying, not humanitarian efforts; this is their last concern.
