هل تنزلق الأوضاع إلى حرب بعد القصف الإيراني لقواعد أمريكية بالعراق؟

تقف منطقة الشرق الأوسط على شفا حرب غير متوقعة بعد الغارة الجوية التي شنتها الولايات المتحدة على موكب قاسم سليماني، القائد السابق لفيلق القدس التابع للحرس الثوري الإيراني، وثاني أهم الرجال في الجمهورية الإسلامية الإيرانية ، ما أثار حفيظة إيران، التي تعهّدت بالإنتقام والرد على ما وصفته بـ”الجريمة البشعة” التي تقف ورائها دوافع سياسية .

وكانت إيران قد أكدت في وقت سابق أن الرّد سيكون قاسيا، وفي وقت قياسي ، ليأتي ليلة الثلاثاء-الأربعاء، باستهداف قاعدتين عسكريتين في العراق منها قاعدة عين الأسد العسكرية أبرز وأهم القواعد الأمريكية في العراق ،مؤكدة أن الهجوم قد أثبت ضعف المنظومات الدفاعية الصاروخية الأمريكية .

وفي هذا السياق ، ندد وزير الخارجية البريطاني دومينيك راب ، بالهجمات الصاروخية التي نفذتها إيران على القاعدتين ووصفتها الخطوة “المتهورة والخطيرة”.”

 وقال راب “ندين هذا الهجوم على القواعد العسكرية العراقية التي تستضيف قوات التحالف بما في ذلك القوات البريطانية”.

وأضاف: “نحث إيران على عدم تكرار هذه الهجمات المتهورة والخطيرة والسعي بدلا من ذلك إلى وقف التصعيد بشكل عاجل”. وزارة الخارجية الصينية أشارت بدورها اليوم الاربعاء، إلى خطورة الوضع في الشرق الأوسط واصفة إياه بالحساس والمعقد،داعية مختلف الأطراف المعنية إلى التحلي بضبط النفس.

 وقال قانغ شوانغ المتحدث باسم الخارجية في تصريح صحفي، إن تفاقم التوترات في الشرق الأوسط ليس في مصلحة أحد، متابعا أنه يتعين على الأطراف المعنية حل الصراعات على نحو ملائم وعبر الحوار.

من جانبه ، قال قسطنطين كوساتشيف رئيس لجنة الشؤون الدولية بمجلس الإتحاد الروسي، في تعليقه على قصف الحرس الثوري الإيراني قواعد أمريكية في العراق: ” نأمل، أن يسود الفكر السليم الآن في واشنطن، ويتم التركيز ليس على الهجمة الصاروخية بل على قول الإيرانيين الرسمي، إنه تم الرد بشكل متناسب”.

ولفت كوساتشيف، على صفحته في “فيسبوك”، إلى أنه “ظهرت الآن فرصة ثمينة لكسر حلقة العنف المفرغة، ولا يجوز تفويتها بتاتا، مهما كانت أفكار الإنتقام التي يحملها في رؤوسهم المتطرفون الأمريكيون والإيرانيون”.

من جانبها،أدانت وزيرة الدفاع الألمانية أنغريت كرامب كارينباور، الهجوم الصاروخي الإيراني على قواعد في العراق يوجد فيها الجيش الأمريكي.

وشددت الوزيرة، في حديث نقلته وكالة (أسوشيتد برس) على أن بلادها، ترفض بشدةهذا العدوان قائلة، “بات الأمر يعتمد الآن، على الإيرانيين بالذات كي لا يتورطوا في تصعيد إضافي للتوتر”.

أما المفوضية الأوروبية فطالبت بإنهاء فوري لاستخدام السلاح في صراع الشرق الأوسط بين إيران والولايات المتحدة وحثت على بذل جهود لاستئناف الحوار.

وذكرت رئيسة المفوضية، أورسولا فون دير ليين، في إفادة صحفية، أنها ستناقش الوضع مع رئيس وزراء بريطانيا بوريس جونسون، مضيفة “يجب أن يتوقف استخدام الأسلحة فورا لإفساح المجال للحوار… يتوجب علينا بذل كل ما في وسعنا لإحياء المحادثات”.

وفي نفس السياق ، قال رئيس الوزراء الإسرائيلي، بنيامين نتنياهو، إن إسرائيل “تقف بشكل كامل مع الولايات المتحدة”، في أول تعليق بعد استهداف الحرس الثوري الإيراني قاعدتين عسكريتين أمريكيتين في العراق.

ولفت الى أن تل أبيب “ستضرب بعنف أي طرف يحاول مهاجمة إسرائيل”، متابعا أنه “يجب تهنئة ترامب على تحركه بسرعة وجرأة وحزم بشأن سليماني”.

من جانبه، كشف رئيس الورزاء العراقي عادل عبد المهدي، عن أن طهران أعلمت بغداد بالضربة المنتظرة التي استهدفت القاعدتين العسكريتين.

أما وزير الشؤون الخارجية لسلطنة عمان يوسف بن علوي،فقد اعتبر أن لا مجال لوساطة بلاده حاليا لتخفيف التوتر بين أمريكا وإيران، فيما دافعت واشنطن عن اغتيالها قائد فيلق القدس قاسم سليماني.

وقال بن علوي لصحيفة (الراي) الكويتية على هامش مشاركته في منتدى حوار طهران: “لا توجد وساطة عمانية بين أمريكا وإيران عقـب حادث اغتيال قاسم سليماني، وأعتقد أنه لا مجال لها في الوقت الحالي”.

وأضاف: “لدينا علاقاتنا المهمة مع الطرفين ونسمع منهما، ونأمل في أن تكون هناك مساحة من الوقت والزمن ليعبر المجتمع الدولي عن رأيه إزاء مثل هذه التصرفات”.

وكانت الناطقة الإقليمية باللغة العربية باسم الخارجية الأمريكية غير الدين غريفيث لـصحبفة(الراي) قد أشارت قبل شن إيران ضربات صاروخية على قواعد تضم قوات أمريكية في العراق، إلى أن بلادها “مستعدة لجميع السيناريوهات”، في ما يتعلق بالرد الإيراني على مقتل سليماني.

ودافعت غريفيث عن قرار بلادها تصفية سليماني، مشيرة إلى أنه “تم تصنيفه كإرهابي منذ فترة طويلة، حيث كان له تاريخ طويل في تخطيط وتنفيذ أعمال إرهابية في كل أنحاء المنطقة ضد الأمريكيين والعراقيين وغيرهم، بالإضافة إلى الإيرانيين، حسب قولها”.

وقالت رئاسات إقليم كردستان العراق الثلاث، في بيان لها، إن كردستان العراق لن يكون ميدانا للصراعات، داعية إلى الإسراع في السيطرة على الأوضاع الطارئة من خلال الحوار.

وأكدت أن الطريق العسكري لن يحل المشاكل، معربة عن قلقها إزاء تصاعد الوضع في المنطقة. وشددت قيادات كردستان العراق على أن دعم التحالف الدولي بقيادة الولايات المتحدة في المنطقة الكردية والعراق أمر ضروري.

من جهته،صرح قائد في الحشد الشعبي، ، بأن الرد الأولي الإيراني على اغتيال قائد فيلق القدس قاسم سليماني حصل، والآن “حان وقت الرد العراقي”. أما الولايات المتحدة فلم يصدر عنها موقف واضح إلى حد الآن باستثناء تأكيد وقوع الهجوم على القاعدتين الأمريكيتين.

ومن المتوقع إذا ثبت فعلا مقتل 80 عسكريا أمريكيا أن يكون الرد الأمريكي عنيفا وقد يؤدي ذلك إلى إشعال حرب في المنطقة قد لاتستثني دول الخليج المؤيدة لأمريكا وقد تدخل” إسرائيل ” على خط الحرب.

من هنا جاءت ردود الفعل إلى حد الآن داعية إلى التهدئة وإسكات صوت السلاح في المنطقة.
